- What does it cost?
- One number, put in writing before anything starts, and it does not move once we begin. No retainers and no hourly surprises. The number depends on what your business actually needs, which is what the first call is for.
- What do I pay every month?
- Nothing to us. Hosting and deployment are covered and we keep the site running. The only recurring bill is the domain's yearly renewal, and that is registered in your name, not ours.
- Do I own it?
- Yes. The domain is registered to you, the code is yours, and if you ever want to move it somewhere else we will hand it over without any fuss.
- How long does it take?
- Usually one to two weeks from the point where we have your photos and your details. The build itself is quick. Waiting on content is what slows things down.
- I already have a site. Is that a problem?
- No, and it often makes it easier. We can see what is working, keep your existing address, and switch over when you are happy with the new one.
- What do you need from me?
- Photos of your actual work, your services, your hours, and half an hour on the phone. If your photos are thin we can generate what is missing, but real ones always win.
- Can I see it before I commit?
- Usually you already have. Most of the businesses we approach get a finished site built for them first, and only then a message asking whether they want it.
